Why ASA exists
Education should lead to confident, responsible practice.
Assisted stretching is personal, physical work. Practitioners need more than a collection of videos or a certificate generated after a quiz. They need to understand positioning, communication, client response, professional boundaries, and how to make sound decisions during a session.
ASA brings those pieces together through online preparation, in-person instruction, and practical competency review. The result is one clear practitioner pathway supported by tools for both independent professionals and larger organizations.
